1. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal as our only payment method. You can pay using your PayPal account or with a debit/credit card via PayPal’s secure gateway.


2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our standard shipping time within the UK is 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can track your delivery progress.


3. How much does shipping cost?

  • Standard Shipping: £3.99

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over £50
    Shipping rates are applied during checkout.


4. Can I cancel or change my order after I’ve placed it?
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been confirmed. However, if you contact us as soon as possible, we will try our best to accommodate any changes before the order is shipped.


5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the shipping carrier's website.


6. Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return most items within 14 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Please check our Return and Refund Policy for more details.


7. How do I return an item?
To return an item, please contact us at support@cotonfarm.shop with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide instructions on how to send it back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


8. What should I do if my order is damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a return and either offer a full refund or send a replacement, at no additional cost to you. Please send us photos of the damaged item(s) to assist with the process.


9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. We are not able to process international orders at this time.
